Pre-Arrival Services

Information: From the moment you decide you are moving to Melbourne we will help you every step of the way. Whilst you’re in the UK we can provide you with suburb information guides, local newspapers, school prospectus's and property details.

Mail Forwarding: We can provide you with an Australian PO Box number which you can use to set up International mail forwarding to.
|
|
|
Pets: We can email you the import documents required for bringing your furry friend in to Australia. We can also collect them from the airport and take them to a place designated by yourself. If you have a pet and your pet arrives in Australia before you we can arrange to visit them in quarantine and also collect them on their release date as well as board them for you until you arrive in Melbourne.

Airport pickup: We are more than happy to collect up to 6 people from Melbourne Airport and transport you to your destination.

Accommodation: We offer a fully furnished two bedroom property available for rent on a short to medium term basis. View Full property details here.
The property if fully equipped and includes Computer with broadband, printer/scanner/fax, webcam/VOIP. Allowing you to search for property, jobs and keep in touch with friends and family. A local Information Pack is provided - (includes: Melways, newspapers, Guide to rental property etc.) A variety of books and periodicals are also provided. Fridge/cupboard filled with food/drinks. We appreciate you're not going to want to dash off to the supermarket after a 24hr flight.

Information: We provide you with information for tax file numbers, Medicare registration, opening bank accounts, driving licenses and private medical insurance. We will also provide advice regarding property and job searches. We are also to happy to pass on our experience regarding utility services and insurance companies.

Suburb Tours: Have one of our guides collect you from your accommodation and drive you around the local area providing you with useful information.

|
References: We will be able to provide references that you can use when
searching for another property or wanting to rent a property
with your pets. |

Vehicle Hire: We have a vehicle available for private hire, alternatively we can drive you to a variety or car rentals and garages to get you mobile as quick as possible.

GPS Hire: In car Sat Nav is available for hire from us and will save you literally hours of time when compared to navigating by street maps.
