Pre-Arrival Service

Information:   From the moment you decide you are moving to Melbourne we will help you every step of the way with unlimited email support. Whilst you’re in the UK we can provide you with suburb information and property prices for sales and rentals in those areas, as well as providing you with a written reference for your rental applications. What’s more when you let us know the suburb you are interested in we can provide you with a list of schools in the area as well as real estate agents and what rentals are available. We will also provide you with information on a variety of topics including but not limited to:
• Tax File Numbers – Including how to apply
• Medicare – UK Version of the NHS including forms needed to apply.
• Centrelink – Information on applying for benefits including Family Tax etc
• Transport – We will give you information on public transport as well as Vic Roads and getting an Australian Drivers License and information on buying/renting a car.
• Schooling – Help in understanding the Australian Education System as well as proving you with school prospectuses in your designated suburb.
• Banking – The choice of banks and information on how to open a bank account with the 100point system.
• Mortgages and Pensions – Information on mortgages and pensions
• Shopping – A list of places to shop

The price for the above service is $250

Mail Forwarding 

We can provide you with an Australian PO Box number which you can use to set up International mail forwarding to. We will collect this mail for you twice a week and forward to your designated address. This is great for giving friends/relatives and utility services a temporary address until you get settled.
 

Price: 1 Month $49 3 Months $120 6 Months $199

Airport Pick Up  

We are more than happy to collect you from Melbourne Airport and transport you to your destination

The price for the above service is $250

Accommodation  

We have a variety of properties advertised on our site throughout Melbourne.  Please click here to see available furnished rental accommodation  The price for accommodation starts from $45 per night.

Orientation Tours

Have one of our guides collect you from your accommodation and be your tour guide for the day. This service can be tailored around your needs. You may require a day of organising your drivers license, looking for a car, applying for your Medicare card or opening bank accounts. You may want to drive around a variety of suburbs, looking at display homes in the area or local schools. You may want a day out shopping or just a day at the zoo. Whatever you require we can tailor the day to suit your requirements. **Meals and drinks not included.

The price for the above service is $299

Relocation Packages

We find that the Gold and Silver Package are the most popular with our clients and can save you money, time and stress.

Silver Package

Our silver package is ideal if you already have family and friends to help you once you arrive in Australia, or if you have been to Melbourne before and know exactly what you are looking for and where to go.

We can provide you with information on your chosen suburbs, this can include weekly property rental lists, school information and public transport times.

If required we can provide you with an Australian address which you can use to set up International mail forwarding to. We will collect this mail for you twice a week and forward to your designated address. This is great for giving friends/relatives and utility services a temporary address until you get settled. This service is for 1 month it can be extended for an extra fee.

On your arrival date we will collect you from the airport and take you to your chosen accommodation

Gold Package

From the moment you decide you are moving to Melbourne we will help you every step of the way. Whilst you’re in the UK we can provide you with suburb information with a list of rental/sale properties and the costs, including travel times to various locations, schools in the area, nearest train station, etc.

We can provide you with an Australian address which you can use to set up International mail forwarding to. We will collect this mail for you twice a week and forward to your designated address. This is great for giving friends/relatives and utility services a temporary address until you get settled. This service is for 3 months it can be extended for an extra fee.

We can help you organise tax file numbers, medicare, bank accounts on arrival.

On your arrival date we will collect you from the airport and take you to your chosen accommodation. 
The following morning you can choose to have a day relaxing or you can give us a call for your included Orientation Tour which can include but are not limited to:
• Driving to a variety of car rental or garages to get you mobile quicker
• A day out to the shopping centre where you can arrange your bank accounts, Medicare card, Vic Roads (Driving License).
• A day out to look around suburbs and various real estate agents.
We include one dayout with the Gold Package if you would like to add further days out we can do this at a reduced fee of $190

We will provide you with a reference to submit with any rental applications.

The All Inclusive Gold Package is one of our most common packages.
