floor, with stair access only. Behind its security entrance
you'll be delighted with the Tuscan-style courtyard, complete
with greenery, ornate fountain and trellised vines.
'Tuscany' has a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a
spacious living room, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, two
balconies, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and
bathroom. There's a very comfortable double sofa bed in the
living room, for additional guests, as well as a fold-away
single bed or a cot on request.
'Tuscany' includes high quality furnishings and appliances,
linen and towels. Undercover, security, reserved parking, high
speed ADSL internet, and local phone calls all included
(reasonable use).
Just a few steps away are a HOST of local attractions: bustling
Fitzroy Street and cosmopolitan Acland Street (famous for their
cake shops, award-winning restaurants and cafés), the beautiful
