This gorgeous property is located centrally on the Nepean Highway Seaford 40kms from Melbourne, on the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.  “Greenwood” was originally a local bakery and then a well known antique shop for many years before being renovated to its present style.

 
This self contained apartment is elegantly decorated, furnished and subtly themed in neutral tones. A large bedroom with a queen size bed compliments the bathroom and luxury lounge containing fridge, cooking facilities, crockery. Our living area is relaxing and comfortable and contains DVD/TV. Everything you will need.

“Greenwood” is an ideal retreat for a night, a weekend or a week.
Come and relax in a peaceful surrounding. Walk along the Seaford Pier, enjoy a coffee and gelato.

Attractions
The property is at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula offering a variety of wineries and tourist attractions including Arthur’s Seat, The Maze, Tyabb Antique Packing Houses. Phillip Island with the nightly penguin parade and San Remo daily Pelican feeding is on the Gippsland Highway.
Local Farmers Markets, Redhill Market and the Mornington Racecourse Markets are monthly events in summer attracting local arts and crafts and culinary treats.
The city of Frankston offers a waterfront beach and cafe, The Boathouse Gallery, The Art Centre, cinemas, shopping malls, a tourist information centre and much more.

“Greenwood” is situated opposite the beach on the Nepean Highway. There are a variety of walking and bike tracks along the beach dunes and the Kananook Creek which is a preserved waterway and bird sanctuary.
A variety of restaurants, eateries, cafes and supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance. The Seaford Life Saving Club “Beach Life” café is on Seaford Pier and offering a variety of gourmet meals for breakfast, morning tea and lunches. Blue Iguana Cafe is open til late.
The railway is 5 minutes away and can take you to Melbourne city in 40 minutes where you will find the Arts Centre, Museums, Botanical Gardens and Docklands.
