Fantastic, modern beach house with quality furnishings, 100m to safe swimming beach and an easy 5-10min walk to cafes and shops. Geelong is approx 30 minutes away.  Waters Edge is a great choice for families and friends to get together and enjoy time away in a luxurious environment, close to everything on the Bellarine Peninsula. Park across the road too!

Waters Edge is a large three bedroom house which can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed, ensuite, and TV (with access to Foxtel). Upstairs the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double with single bunk above. There is a second bathroom with shower over full sized bath. Downstairs also provides a powder room with toilet and vanity. Portacot provided - just bring your own cot linen.

The large, modern kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances, crockery and utensils. A laundry with washing machine and dryer is located off the kitchen. The living areas consist of a formal lounge, TV/DVD/Stereo, as well as Foxtel (basic package). A family room with a second TV (with access to Foxtel) and DVD, plenty of seating and a dining table with seating for 6. there's also a high chair for any little ones! Broadband internet included.

Outside is a fully fenced back yard with outdoor dining and BBQ for those glorious summer evenings. Off street parking for 2 cars easily. Pet friendly by arrangement.

MINIMUM STAYS

Pet stays are welcome and attract an additional $40 cleaning fee

CHECK IN TIME - Please note we normally have a 2pm check-in but on occasions where we have guests departing in the morning, and new arrivals on the same day, this may need to be 3pm
